First floor
In the morning, after a good sleep, guests on the first floor can choose how to start their day – either on the kitchen terrace looking out over the hillside, enjoying the view of the orgiastic chromatics of the Mediterranean flora (macchia mediterranea), or, still sleepy, taking a stroll on the big terrace and admiring the glittering seascape of the huge Policastro bay, from the coastline to the horizon.
The south-facing terracotta-paved terrace is furnished with table, sunshade and teak armchairs where you can enjoy your meals al fresco, starting with breakfast amidst the scintillating sea light and twittering of birds.
The bedroom faces the sea and the wrought iron orthopaedic double bed has a comfortable orthopedic mattress. In the large living room there is also a cozy double sofa bed. An additional single bed in the bedroom is available by prior arrangement. Air conditioning favours a pleasant stay in the warm season. In the fully fitted open plan American-style kitchen guests can prepare their delicious meals.

Ground floor
Positioned on the ground floor of the villa, it has its main entrance from the garden. The living room is large, bright with great views of the sea from windows and balconies. There is a working fireplace, perfect for those who wish to stay also in the colder months! On the south side of the living room, is the patio also panoramic, with stone arches which offer a picturesque view of the surrounding area.

Second floor
“Mirto” is positioned on the top floor of the villa therefore its strategic balcony commands superb views of the enchanting Mediterranean panorama.
From here gaze will sweep across the entire Gulf of Policastro; while sipping the first coffee of the morning guests can abandon themeself to its seductive charms. Air conditioning favours a pleasant stay in the warm season.
